Themed Entertainment
During my time at the University of Florida, I have been extensively involved in Gator Theme Park Engineering & Design, an interdisciplinary club made up of students who are passionate about the Themed Entertainment industry. Since my first year, I have been an officer on the Public Relations team and have worked my way up to becoming External VP, and now, President. I run TPED's social media and work closely with the Executive Board to plan Guest Speaker events.
Personal Theme Park Project
Over Winter Break of 2022, I began to conceptualize an immersive, tropical-themed land called Isla Motuua. I collaborated with an engineering student to create a master site plan for the land with proper dimensions for capacity and egress. The land will include two zones: above water and underwater with themed attractions.

TMU & Universal Creative Thrill Design Competition
Toronto Metropolitan University and Universal Creative host an annual Invitational Design Competition in Orlando, FL. In 2022 and 2023, I contributed to the creative design process including putting together the team's final presentation in the Open Qualifying Round.
The multidisciplinary team from UF was then selected to compete in 4 challenges in November and present our Open Qualifying Round project to a panel of jurors. At the 4-day competition itself, I gained knowledge in project management, digital communication, and technical skills, as well as learned theme park safety standards.

In November 2023, UF was 1 of 6 teams Commended at the competition for Artistic Illustration, Technical Communication, Human Centered Design, and Communication / Presentation.
Swamp Thrills Design Competition
Swamp Thrills is an annual design competition hosted by Gator TPED at the University of Florida. In 2022, I competed with an interdisciplinary team on a creative and technical prompt. My team created a concept for a dark ride attraction based off of the idea of an enchanted library. In 2024, I hosted the competition and brought in 8 esteemed industry judges.
